can anyone help, my uncle used to sing a song about

"paddy mullarity's old rag store" it begins.......in a certain irish street in a dear old irish city there stands an ancient structure for a thousand years or more its a quaint solid building tho it isnt very pretty its known around as paddy mullarity's old rag store.........the song goes on to describe the contents of the store..eg..there were trombones tomb stones lemonade bottles and gramophones,..and other brilliant rhymes...I cant find this on any site and Ive asked lots of singers and musicians all to no avail.. somebody apart from my deceased dear uncle alex henderson must know it
